Our customisation/bespoke department will provide you with following services:
1. Customise/Change base color and handwork color as requested by customer. Changes in base color will add PKR 1500/- to the original price. Handwork changes will add PKR 1500/- to the original price.
2. Bespoke Bridal/Formal Khussa
For a luxurious experience, we offer custom/bespoke designs for your special day. Share your dress for motifs, embroidery or color references and our designer will sketch it for you. Bridal sketches will be shared once you have made a Rs 500/- deposit.
Thread colors and base colors will be shared with you on whatsapp before finalising your order.

Our standard timeline for a customised article will be 2-3 weeks.
Payment
Total amount will be paid in advance to process the order.
Exchanges/Returns
We donot accept size or color exchanges once the product has been delivered. No returns will be accepted.
To avoid any inconvenience for our valued customers, we use standard US and EUR shoe sizes to help you pick the perfect size. Our products are made of faux leather that adjust itself to take the shape of your feet. However if you are still not comfortable with the mentioned measurements, you can write to us at connect@khussamaster.com or WhatsApp us at +92 344 322 1264 to customize your favorite design for you.
We offer exchange in case there is a quality concern or a size issue from company's end. Exchange is only acceptable if the customer notifies of such matter within 3 days of receiving the product. Product exchange will be done without any extra charges within 15 working days of complaint registration. Local Replacement charges will be Rs. 500/- if customer demands a replacement in case of incorrect size ordered.
For International Replacement claim, company's policy might be subject to change as per the scenario put forth by the client.
Khussa Master holds the responsibility to reject any exchange claim if not met with company policy as mentioned in the paragraph above.
No exchange in size for color or design customized juttis.
Sale articles will not be exchanged for size or color.
